Refund
Policy as of January 2007
All
workshops have a set minimum enrollment. If the decision
is made to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, 100%
of all workshop fees will be refunded. Registered participants
will be notified by telephone and email of cancelled sessions.
Registered
participants who wish to cancel their workshop registration
and receive a full refund must do so a minimum of one week
prior to the workshop start date. Registered participants
who cancel their registration LESS than one week prior to
the workshops start date will receive a partial refund based
on the sliding scale below. To cancel a registration, please

Refunds
for cancelled registrations:
One full week in advance = 100% refund
Five days in advance = 75% refund
Three days in advance = 50% refund
Fewer than three days in advance = zero refund
