All classes have a minimum enrollment. If a class is collapsed due to low enrollment, 100% of all registration fees paid will be refunded. Registered participants will be notified by telephone and email.

Registered participants who wish to cancel their registration and receive a full refund must do so a minimum of one week (7 business days) prior to the start date of the class. Registered participants who cancel their registration LESS than one week (7 business days) prior to the start date will receive a partial refund based on a sliding scale (below). If a registrant has a balance due and cancels less than one week (7 business days) prior to the start date, the registrant will be invoiced based on the same sliding scale below.

If a registered participant simply does not show without giving any notice, there will be no refund and will be invoiced the full amount of the registration fee.

One full week (7 business days in advance)=100% refund

Five business days in advance=75% refund

Three business days in advance=50% refund

Fewer than three business days in advance=zero refund
